Coaching

 

Fuel3sports offers coaching for runners and multi-sport athletes of all levels. We customize our programs to each athlete depending on their goals, desired level of supervision/one on one time, and budget. 

 

Programs include:

 

Customized Training Plans: Great for athletes requiring a set program but not in need of one on one attention.  Plan will be developed based on the athletes goals, personal schedule, and planned races.

Level I: Includes customized training program plus 1 one on one training session per month.  Great for the more serious athlete.  Includes heart rate testing to determine appropriate training/racing zones.

Level II: Includes customized training program plus 2-4 one on one training sessions per month.  Great for the committed athlete in need of additional supervision.  Includes heart rate testing to determine appropriate training/racing zones.
